At The Bell Toys, we strive to provide high-quality collectibles and toys. Since many of our products are limited-edition or collectible items, please read this policy carefully.

Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• Wrong product received
• Product damaged during shipping
• Missing item(s) in the package
• Manufacturing defect

Return Request Timeline

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Kindly provide:

• Order Number
• Clear photos of the product
• Photos of the shipping package

Non-Returnable Products

Returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect item ordered by customer
• Opened or used products
• Minor packaging imperfections on collectible items
• Limited-edition collectibles without manufacturing defects

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Replacements

Where stock is available, we will provide a replacement instead of a refund.

If replacement stock is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
